I had someone contact me to help them get rid of this bug here is what I found that worked:
Spyware

Start:
1) Do not reformat or use system restore this should be your last resort. 2) Don’t copy documents to another computer, memory stick, or to external drive this will only spread the Malware and DO NOT use your Email you could possibly infect other people.

This is a Malware that deeply roots itself into your system. Antivirus scanners have a hard time picking this bug up because they see it as a system service and the System Restore could possible restore the original infection.

Here is a step by step way of  cleaning this bug off your system:
A)  Clean your Internet Browsers history / temp files. ( IE users – click tools, options, Delete Browsing History, place a check mark by Delete All button, and delete / Firefox users  – click tools, clear private data).
B) Turn off your System Restore Point (Window XP users Click Here -Vista users Click Here
C)Download a free trial MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or Lavasoft
D) Install either application                                                                                                                                                                   Creative Commons License photo credit: Sophos D/A/CH Presseinfo
E) Verify there is a checkmark next to Update Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or Update LavaSoft
F) Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware or LavaSof t
G) Click Finish – If there is an update it will download and install for you. ( you must be connected to the internet)

**If the program doesn’t install or you can’t download it for some reason — it’s most likely the bug. Use another computer to download or rename the file to something else but keep the .exe at the end.
H) Run the MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or Lavasoft program
I) Choose Perform Quick Scan. The scan will chug along so be patient.
J) Scan complete click OK
K) Show Results to view infected.
L) Place a check mark by all infections then click Remove Selected. (right click, choose Select All)
M) Reboot your computer
N) Turn System Restore back on

** If the problem is active try running the scan in Safe mode – Reboot computer, when it begins to come back up, start tapping the F8 key, you should see a list choose Safe Mode. During the boot up F8 key part if you see Windows logo you’ve gone to far – try again”

If you need further help let me know
